Cookies that work as hard as you do.
Main Hustle: The Cookies That Earned Tenure
The full-time employees. The permanent roster. The cookies that proved themselves worthy of showing up every single week. Not every flavor gets to be a staple. These did. They're the classics we perfected, obsessed over, and decided deserved a permanent spot.
Always available. Always made-to-order.
Available for local pickup or for nationwide shipping.
Always baked fresh because even the Main Hustle doesn't get to phone it in.
Brown Butter Chocolate Chip. Salted Peanut Butter Cup. The heavy hitters that keep the operation running.
Reliable? Yes. Boring? Absolutely not.Your Main Hustle is always on the clock.
How Our Hustle Works
This isn’t a warehouse. There’s no shelf. Nothing was baked last Thursday and reheated this morning.
Every order is made specifically for you — from scratch, after hours, by hand. That’s the deal.
The weekly rhythm:
Orders close Tuesday night. We bake Wednesday through Sunday. Your cookies ship Sunday evening and arrive Monday or Tuesday at peak freshness.
Miss the Tuesday cutoff? No rush orders, no exceptions — you’re in next week’s batch. Good things take time.
Local pickup and nationwide shipping available.
Fresh cookies. Zero waste. No apologies.
Side Projects: Seasonal Specials That Don't Stick Around
The Side Projects
Even a side hustle needs a side hustle. These are the seasonal obsessions. The flavor combinations that haunt us until we bake them. The limited-edition specials that get one month in the spotlight before we move on to the next creative fixation.
They show up, make an impression, and leave before anyone gets too comfortable. No repeats. No encores. Zero corporate "customer demand" nonsense. We bake what we want, when we want, and if you miss them? There's always next time. Maybe.
When they're gone, they're gone. And honestly? That's what makes them special.
Order before they clock out. Your cookie dealer doesn't do callbacks.
August THEME:
Reimagined
Every cookie this month started as something else. A French pastry. A backyard dessert. A drink you’d order over ice. A jar of jam of summer fruit. August takes each of those and translates them into cookie form, keeping what made the original worth remembering and rebuilding it around a stuffed cookie instead of a plate, a glass, or a jar.
The lineup:
Cherry Clafoutis Cookie — a translation of the French clafoutis, baked custard and black cherries reworked into dough and filling
Almond Honey Financier — a translation of the French financier, three ingredients doing the work, same as the original
Plum Orange Anise Cookie Tart — a translation of a shortbread tart, built thumbprint-style instead of blind-baked
Peach Cobbler Crisp Cookie — a translation of a backyard dessert, oat crumble and all
Cinnamon Horchata Cookie — a translation of the drink itself, built to be eaten instead of sipped
Blackberry Lemon Cardamom Cookie — a reimagined jar of home-canned jam, given a dough and a shape of its own
Hustle & Dough
This bakery runs on sarcasm, complex carbs, and impossibly high standards.
We bake from scratch, after hours, by hand—because that's what it takes to make cookies that don't suck. No shortcuts. No corporate nonsense. No mass-produced garbage masquerading as "artisan."
Just premium ingredients, obsessive technique, and a refusal to settle for anything less than excellent.
Life's too short for bad cookies. Your hustle deserves better. Your second job should be worth it.
Made-to-order. Zero waste. Unapologetically delicious.
